Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. On iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Carol → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Can I use Carol on multiple devices?+

Yes. Sign in with the same account on each device and your data will sync automatically through our secure cloud storage.

Is my baby's data private?+

Always. Your logs are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on Google Firebase, and never sold or shared with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

When you ask Carol a question, recent context from your logs is securely sent to OpenAI to generate a helpful response. We never send personally identifying details like your name or email.

No. Carol is a tracking tool and the AI provides informational suggestions only. Always consult your pediatrician for medical concerns.
