These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Carol Baby mobile application (the "App") provided by Tiny Pulse Labs ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Carol Baby offers free features and an optional paid subscription ("Carol Premium"). Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and managed via our subscription provider RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless canceled.
- You can cancel any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
4. Not Medical Advice
Carol Baby is a tracking and lifestyle tool. Insights, scores, and AI responses are informational only and do not constitute medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified pediatric professional for medical concerns about your child.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
- Use the App to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure or AI services.
- Resell or redistribute the App or its content without permission.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and notes you log in the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the App on your behalf.
7. AI Features
AI-generated responses (powered by OpenAI) may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI output.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Pulse Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiny Pulse Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
